SUCESU/MG, through the vice presidency of people, and ABRH-MG hold, on May 18, the first human and exact convergence seminar to make reflections on what information technology professional needs to improve on people management and how the people management professional can add value to information technology process management.

With this debate it is expected that the provocations and reflections on human and exact convergence will contribute to brave initiatives and capable of fostering investments in information technology, preceded by profound transformations in human resource policy, to form a workforce compatible with this technology, using the products arising from IT implementation or implementation and improving human resources management processes.
